It changes during  life, so if you started noticing that your lingerie isn’t comfortable as it used to be, it may be time to check if you bra size has changed slightly. How am I supposed to know that?-you may ask. Well, it doesn’t exactly take a rocket scientist, you just need to listen to your body. Do you feel sudden relief when you take your bra off? Do your breasts hurt? If your answer is “Yes” then you should definitely check your size again.
